Where to Find the Best Views In Toronto

Toronto is one of Canada’s largest, busiest and most well known cities. The downtown core boasts tall buildings and a pretty incredible skyline. If you are visiting, or you are just looking for somewhere new, check out some of the spots with the best views in Toronto.

  • Trillium Park; Formerly the home of the amusement park Ontario Place, Trillium park is now one of the biggest and best green spaces in the city. One notable feature is the lakefront location, perfect for walking, picnicking, biking and, of course, all while taking in the views.
  • Humber Bay; This spot is a little more out of the way, located in the west end of the city. The view is worth the distance though, it is the perfect place to watch the sun rise or set and enjoy the skyline.
  • Various Rooftop patios; Toronto is home to a number of rooftop patios, restaurants and bars. Why not take advantage of the fact you can enjoy food, drinks and the views, all at the very same time.
  • Polson Pier; A full panoramic view of the skyline for FREE. A great lookout over the city and there is lots to do around the pier including visiting the Port Lands and/or Cabana, a pool bar.
  • The One Eighty; a restaurant named after the 180 degree view you get access to upon entry. The restaurant is all the way on the 51st floor and the view definitely comes with a cost but hey; you get what you pay for.
  • CN Tower; one of the city’s ultimate claims to fame and attractions, the CN tower is so tall that you can see the entire city and beyond from the top. If you are really adventurous and really committed to seeing the sights, try the edge walk where you walk along the CN tower above the city.
